Natomas Community Center

The Natomas Community Center and Library Complex was designed in 2001, for a growing area of Sacramento, as part of a park master plan redevelopment for Roseville, CA. This civic community project includes a 31,000 SF community center, 14,000 SF library and phased 25 acre park architecturally inspired by the area’s agricultural past. The facility received the American Public Works Association’s 2002 Project of the year award.

Jaiya Alamia was the Job Captain for the design development and contract documents for these 2 buildings. She worked closely with the project architect to develop many of the custom architectural details including the decorative columns, window mullions, floor & ceiling details, lighting layout, and interior finishes.
